Shipping policy

Estimated delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the date of purchase, including preparation and shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD shipped to the United States and Europe. Orders to all other destinations are charged shipping regardless of order value.

Where we ship from
Depending on your location, orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in the US, EU, or Mexico to reduce delivery times where possible.

Customs and import duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply on delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
